Stanford has a 25% discount off standard rates at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Cars start around $30/day (before the discount is applied) depending on location and availability. Note that there is no extra fee for spouses and co-habitating significant others if they are listed as a driver at the time of rental pick up. Reservations can be made through their online reservation system.
