The Design Society and the Stanford Center for Design Research cordially invite you to participate in the International Conference on Engineering Design, ICED'09. The venue will be Stanford University’s verdant campus in the heart of Silicon Valley, a short 35 miles south of San Francisco, California. Each day will bring a rich mixture of interactive workshops, distinguished keynote speakers, selected 20 minute oral paper presentations, spectacularly brief 5 minute paper “elevator pitches”, and industry sponsored events.
